Historical membership information

The scheduled FA-72 publication series has concluded. This page is retained for existing customer rights and historical contract information; it is not a new subscription offer. Existing access, cancellation and applicable refund rights are preserved. Contact info@optarusrisk.com for account or billing questions.

Cancel at any time

The membership has no minimum term. Subscribers may cancel before their next renewal. Once cancellation is confirmed, no further monthly payment will be taken.

Unless a statutory cancellation or refund right requires otherwise, access will continue until the end of the paid billing period.

Consumer cooling-off rights

UK consumers normally have 14 days from entering a distance service contract in which to cancel. If a consumer expressly asks for the service to begin during that period and later cancels, OPTARUS may be entitled to a proportionate payment for service supplied before cancellation.

OPTARUS will not rely on any loss or reduction of a statutory cancellation right unless the applicable information, consent and acknowledgement requirements have been satisfied. Nothing on this page limits statutory rights.

Refunds

Outside statutory rights, duplicate charges, material service failure or another legal entitlement, monthly fees are not intended to be refunded on a pro-rata basis after the billing period has begun. Consumers retain the remedies that apply if digital content or services do not conform to the contract or applicable consumer law.

How to cancel

Subscribers may request cancellation by emailing info@optarusrisk.com from the email address used for membership. Cancellation does not require a telephone call. Written confirmation will be provided in a form that can be retained.

Cancellation or suspension by OPTARUS

Access may be suspended for non-payment, credential sharing, unlawful use or material breach of the subscription terms. Where reasonably possible, the subscriber will be told the reason and given an opportunity to resolve the issue.

If OPTARUS permanently ends a paid service without supplying the remaining paid period, an appropriate refund or credit will be provided where required.
